Delivery charges will be added in addition to your item total. All items purchased at Maisie will be shipped via Royal Mail - second class and first class delivery. If you require a tracking number, please email email@example.com. Second class delivery offers 1-2 days delivery window. First class offers 1 day delivery - which is described Next Day delivery at checkout. Please bare in mind for Next Day delivery our cut off time is 15:00 Monday - Friday. For any unforeseen delays with Royal Mail (on occasion) we cannot guarantee all items will be delivered within this window. If you item has not been delivered within the advised window please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on the value of your order, your Maisie The Brand parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.
For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
After your purchase at Maisie, you will receive a confirmation email. In addition to this, you will also receive an email to let you know your order has been despatched.
In the event you’ll need to return your items - they are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Returns attempted outside of the 14 day deadline will be denied. The customer is responsible for all return - shipping costs, we suggest Royal Mail signed for - as Maisie will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All returned items must have Maisie swing tags still attached to item without signs of tampering. Items must still be unworn and unwashed with no signs of pet hair or smoke. Items with make up, fake tan, deodorant or any stains and marks will also be refused a refund and returned back to the customer.

If your return reason is accepted you will be provided a returns address - Which you will need to write on your postal box provided or printed out to stick to your postal box provided.
Items to be accepted for exchange must adhere to all Return Policy’s. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, address, phone number, email, order number and item you would like to exchange. Alternatively, head to our Contact Us page and fill out your information.
Items required for an exchange can only be accepted if the exchange is for a different size of the same item.

For any refund enquiries, please email email@example.com with your full name, address, phone number, email and order number. Alternatively head to our Contact Us page and fill in your information. We aim to reply to you within 24/48 hours.
We also aim for refunds to be deposited into your account within 7 working days once your return has been confirmed. Once your return has been cleared, your bank statement will show Maisie.
During this process you will receive an email confirmation of your returned and refunded items.
